Early Learners
The Seasons Early Learners program is designed for children ages 0-3 years who have recently been diagnosed with autism. It starts with a thorough evaluation of the child’s skills and areas of need. Then, a comprehensive treatment plan is designed to help them meet communication, behavioral, and social goals. Therapists target important skills through play – we do everything we can to make sure the child has fun and is excited to go to Seasons every day.

School Readiness
The School Readiness programed is perfect for children ages 3-7 years who are getting ready to transition to the school environment. Therapy continues to focus on critical communication and play skills while introducing following directions and group participation. Kids leave prepared to meet the expectations presented to them in public or private school.

Intensive Treatment
The Intensive Treatment program is perfect for young and school-aged children who need additional support to be safe and productive in their homes and schools. First, we learn why challenging behavior occurs and then we replace it with functional skills such as communication and cooperation. Behavior analysts work closely with families, teachers, and other caregivers to design an effective and efficient intervention to teach the child these important skills in a safe and compassionate way.

Adult Day Program
The Adult Day program is designed to support adults aged 18 years and older. We provide vocational training and support, opportunities to develop and practice social skills, community engagement, and treatment of challenging behavior. Seasons is a. great spot for adults to learn new skills, make new friends, and enjoy their community with support from highly qualified staff.

Home-Based ABA Therapy
At Seasons, our 1:1 services are delivered by ABA technicians and overseen by BCBAs. Services begin with a comprehensive assessment to help inform treatment goals and a recommendation for weekly service hours. We target socially significant goals such as communication, leisure, social skills, independence, and decreasing problem behavior. Our goal during treatment is to create a strong rapport between your child and the team so they feel happy, engaged, and safe during therapy sessions. Throughout the course of services, the BCBA will continually evaluate your child’s preferences for activities and learning styles, while also ensuring they are making meaningful progress towards their goals.

School Consultation & Support
Seasons behavior analysts provide consultation and support to school district teachers, BCBAs, and program administrators. Our goal is to support professionals in creating and running high-quality and effective educational programs for their students. We specialize in staff training, program design and classroom management, the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, and implementing systems to better measure and improve student outcomes.
Seasons also supports local school districts by supplying PhD-level behavior analysts (BCBAs) to fulfill service hours dictated by students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Our BCBAs serve individual schools or several schools within one district by conducting functional behavior assessments, designing behavior support plans, training teachers and classroom staff, and representing the district at meetings with families.
